The H PLUS SON Archetype is the perfect all-round rim for the road. Weighing only 470 grams, it is enormously stiff and stable. The 25mm high Archetype is processed at the highest level and welded and ground at the rim joint and cleanly turned flat at the brake flank. The rim joint is thus virtually invisible. Due to the 23mm width of the tires are more saturated in the rim whereby they get characteristics of a tubular tire, which is particularly noticeable when cornering.

The SL42 rim is the original 42mm high rim that took over a year to develop. Like Formation Face, SL42 owes its stiffness and aerodynamics to 42mm profile height. The two models share the same lightness, reduced to around 615 grams (plus or minus 15 grams) using the G609 aluminum alloy which is also 30 percent stronger than the 6061 aluminum alloy used in standard rim manufacture. SL42 of H Plus SON features a machined side wall for use with rim Brakes.
