MISSION WORKSHOP Eiger Waxed weatherproof waxed canvas jacket: WX is the archetype of modern heritage. Our fabric partner Halley Stevensons has been making the world's finest water repellent waxed canvas at its Baltic Works factory since 1864, originally made for the North Sea fishermen who battled the wind and waves off the Scottish coast. To celebrate this heritage, the inside of each jacket features Halley Stevensons official label of authenticity and Quality.
The jacket features an adjustable 3-point hood, a range of storage pockets and Italian RiRi press studs. The entire jacket is lined with soft, quick-drying 100% cotton for comfort and durability. The Eiger WX looks better with time and can be re-proofed if necessary to maintain its water repellent finish for a lifetime of use.
The silhouette of the classic M65 parka and the long history of Scottish waxed canvas come together here in crisp, clean lines and a refined fit. Made in Dundee, Scotland, the 280g/m2 outer fabric is durable, water repellent and timeless.
