These are the AURORA Pedal Straps V2. In the summer of 2009, AURORA started working on a foot retention system for fixed-gear bikes and released the classic version with pedal straps for clipless and flat pedals. Since then, they have also considered a platform pedal version. Finding the right materials that meet their requirements was really challenging, but finally, they found the perfect material. The substructure is remarkably strong and super stiff. The crank is also protected from scratches when the straps are properly mounted. The angle of the pedal strap construction allows for easy entry and a secure feeling while riding. The straps can withstand a lot and are perfect for commuters, bike polo, fixed-gear freestyle, and whatever else you want to do with them.
