The Aventon Cordoba has been equipped with some fantastic technology features. It has a tapered head tube and fork for improved stiffness and control when you're out on the road or on the track. The Aventon Cordoba features an updated hydroformed seat tube that widens at the transition to the bottom bracket to ensure maximum power transfer without watt-wasting flex. As before, the Cordoba is made from double-butted 6061 aluminum alloy, with the buttery-smooth welds you've come to expect from Aventon.
You can ride the Cordoba as a fixie or with a freewheel sprocket as a singlespeed. For this purpose, an updated forged dropout has been developed that allows a larger horizontal adjustment range for your rear wheel. You can use this additional range to adjust the wheelbase to your preference or switch between different gear ratios without changing the chain length. The New Cordoba comes with a flip-flop hub, so you can potentially switch between fixed sprocket and freewheel (not included). On the component side, Aventon uses its proven Push groupset, including handlebars, seatpost, crank, saddle and wheelset.
